                พระธรรมวชิโรดม,รศ.ดร. รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนิสิต เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการปฐมนิเทศนิสิตหอพักประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 พระเดชพระคุณเมตตาเป็นองค์นำผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ นิสิตผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการไหว้พระ ณ ลานกิจกรรมณ ชั้น G อาคาร พระสุเมธาธิบดี (บุญเลิศ ทตฺตสุทธิ), หอพักนิสิตนานาชาติ อาคาร A ตำบล ลำไทร อำเภอ วังน้อย พระนครศรีอยุธยา                 โดยมี พระมหาราชัน จิตฺตปาโล,ดร. ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนิสิต พระครูชิโวาทธำรง, ดร.รองผู้อำนวยการกองกิจการนิสิต นายประเสริฐ คำนวล รองผู้อำนวยการกองกิจการนิสิต พร้อมด้วย บุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่กองกิจการนิสิต ถวายการต้อนรับ

               โครงการปฐมนิเทศนิสิตหอพัก ประจำปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๘ กองกิจการนิสิต สำนักงานอธิการบดี ในฐานะเป็นส่วนงานสนับสนุนการศึกษาได้รับมอบหมายจากมหาวิทยาลัยให้บริหารและกำกับดูแลหอพักนิสิต ได้มีกระบวนการในการพัฒนานิสิตผ่านโครงการกิจกรรมต่างๆ การนี้นิสิตหอพักจะได้ถือโอกาสอันเป็นมงคลนี้เริ่มต้นการทำความดี เพื่อเป็นการจรรโลงใจให้นิสิตได้มีส่วนร่วม ในการรับผิดชอบต่ออาคารสถานที่ที่นิสิตได้พักอาศัย มีวินัยและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของหอพัก ทั้งเพื่อชี้แจง กฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ของหอพักนิสิต สร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีงามระหว่างผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแลหอพัก รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้นิสิตมีจิตสาธารณะ มีจิตอาสาเสียสละ บำเพ็ญกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อหอพักนิสิต ตามนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนการใช้ชีวิตในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย

             ในปีการศึกษา พ.ศ. 2568 สถิติจำนวนผู้พักอาศัยในหอพักนิสิต ในการกำกับของกองกิจการนิสิตมียอดผู้พักอาศัย ดังนี้ อาคารหอพัก เอ มีผู้บริหาร 9 รูป/คน, คณาจารย์ 30 รูป/คน, เจ้าหน้าที่ 44 รูป/คน, นิสิตบรรพชิต 51 รูป, นิสิตคฤหัสถ์ 56 คน รวม 190 รูป/คน อาคารหอพักนิสิตนานาชาติ เอ มีผู้บริหาร ๓ รูป, คณาจารย์ ๒ รูป, เจ้าหน้าที่ 2 รูป, นิสิตบรรพชิต 538 รูป รวม 545 รูป/คน อาคารหอพักนิสิตนานาชาติ บี มีผู้บริหาร 10 รูป/คน, คณาจารย์ 6 รูป/คน, เจ้าหน้าที่ 13 รูป/คน, นิสิตบรรพชิต 411 รูป, นิสิตคฤหัสถ์ 13 คน รวม 453 รูป/คน ยอดรวม ๓ หอพัก จำนวน 1,181 รูป/คน

               การดำเนินกิจกรรมในวันนี้ ภาคเช้าได้รับเมตตาจากพระเดชพระคุณรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนิสิต เมตตาเดินทางมาเป็นองค์ประธานในพิธีกล่าวเปิดโครงการและบรรยายพิเศษ เรื่อง “การใช้ชีวิตในหอพักตามนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัย” เพื่อเป็นขวัญกำลังใจ และเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาและปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้พักอาศัยในอาคารหอพักนิสิต กิจกรรม “การตรวจคัดกรองสุขภาพนิสิตหอพัก” รับบริการถวายการตรวจสุขภาพและ รับฟังการบรรยายความรู้ หัวข้อ “การพักอาศัยในหอพักนิสิต ให้ห่างไกลโรคภัย” ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันที่มีผู้พักอาศัยในอาคารหอพักนิสิตอย่างหนาแน่น ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และคณะวิทยากร จากโรงพยาบาลวังน้อย และกิจกรรม “สร้างหอพักให้น่าอยู่ สู่สังคมสุขภาวะ และปลอดบุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า” ได้รับการอนุเคราะห์สื่อรณรงค์และประชาสัมพันธ์จากภาคีเครือข่าย โครงการสถาบันอุดมศึกษาปลอดบุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าแบบคลอบคลุมและยั่งยืน เพื่อให้แกนนำนิสิตจากสภานิสิตและองค์กรบริหารนิสิต ชมรมนิสิตต่างประเทศ ขับเคลื่อนสถาบันอุดมศึกษาปลอดบุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า มจร ได้ร่วมกันอภิปรายและนำเสนอเพื่อนำไปสู่การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การแก้ไขและลดปัญหาการใช้บุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในอาคารหอพักและพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย พระเดชพระคุณองค์ประธานได้เมตตาเปิดป้ายเขตวิรัติในมหาวิทยาลัย งดปัจจัยเสี่ยงสุขภาพ การรณรงค์และประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องการงดเว้นปัจจัยเสี่ยงทางด้านสุขภาพตามกรอบ Zero Tolerance Areas ในพื้นที่หอพัก โดย ผู้แทนพระนิสิตทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ

The Program of Orientation Student Dormitory Academic Year 2025 has the background and objectives of the program as follows; Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University has also the main mission committed to supporting student to be professional academic in Buddhism, Promote research and provide academic services to communities. Promote Buddhism and preserve artist and cultural by producing graduates with growth potential and high quality in accordance with the desirable characteristics of Students. as “good knowledge, Morality, and peace of mind” and be a good religious heirs of all students living in the student dormitory, both old and new students.

In the fiscal year 2025, Student Affairs Division, Office of the Rector, has proposed The Program of Orientation Student Dormitory academic year 2025. In this regard, dormitory students will be able to take this auspicious opportunity to start action in good deeds to edify students to participate this program. In taking responsibility for the dormitory building there were suitable lived. At the same time student may disciplined and comply with the rules and regulations of student dormitory, both to clarify the rules and regulations of the student dormitory. To management a kind relationship between the administrators, lecturers and staff of the student dormitory, as well as to encourage students dedicate to service mind and volunteer, to support and follow activities that student dormitory, student affairs division providing in accordance with the university’s policy and live in the University as well.

Even so, the academic year 2025, the statistics of student living at dormitory students under holds of the Student Affairs Division are as follows: Dormitory A: 9 Administrators, 30 Lecturers, 44 staff, 51 Monk students, and 56 lay students, totaling 190 Person. International Students Dormitory House A: 3 Administrators, 2 Lecturers, 2 staff, and 538 Monk students, totaling 545 Person International Students Dormitory House B: 10 administrators, 6 Lecturers, 13 staff, 411 Monk students, and 13 lay students, totaling 453 Person. The overall number of residents of the 3 dormitories House is 1,181 persons.

For today’s activities, in the morning session, we were honored by the presence of the Venerable Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, who graciously presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on “Living in the dormitory according to the rules and regulations of the University” The most Venerable Vice-Rector for Student Affairs words will provide for encouragement and guidance for both study and practice to the dormitory residents.

The second program also included “Health Screening for Dormitory Students,” offering medical check-ups and a lecture on “Dormitory Living: Staying Away from Illnesses,” which is highly relevant given the current situation of dense dormitory occupancy. The medical staff and resource persons were kindly provided by Wang Noi Hospital.

Additionally, the activity “Creating a Pleasant Dormitory towards a Healthy and Smoke-Free Society (Cigarettes and E-Cigarettes)” was supported by campaign and public relations materials from the Collaborative Network of the Sustainable Smoke-Free and E-Cigarette-Free Higher Education Project. And organized by Student leaderships of MCU, as advocates of a smoke-free university, participated in discussions and presentations to foster knowledge-sharing on solutions and measures to reduce and prevent smoking and E-cigarette use within the dormitories and across the university campus.

The Most Venerable Chairman graciously presided over the unveiling of the Abstinence Zone within the University, promoting the elimination of health risk factors. This campaign and public awareness initiative, conducted under the framework of “Zero Tolerance Areas,” was carried out in the dormitory areas with the participation of monastic student representatives, both Thai and international.

The Student Affairs Division, Office of the Rector, extends its appreciation to the administrators, staff, and resident students who participated in The Program of Orientation Student Dormitory Academic Year 2025 The program was successfully accomplished in full accordance with all objectives.
